Pet Care
I love animals of all kinds and thoroughly enjoy working with them! I worked as a pet care technician at a local kennel/dog daycare, and have enjoyed caring for my own pets and those of others in our community for several years. My experience levels vary, but I am a quick learner.
Extensive experience – dogs (all breeds and ages), cats (all ages), small birds, and tropical fish.
Moderate experience – horses, rabbits, and guinea pigs.
Limited experience – chickens, ducks, goats, and lizards.
Rates
For 1-5 Animals:
Drop-in Care (1-2 visits per day) - $20 per day
Overnight Care (8pm-8am) - $40 per night
For 6-10 Animals:
Drop-in Care (1-2 visits per day) - $25 per day
Overnight Care (8pm-8am) - $45 per night
For More Than 10 Animals:
This rate is flexible based on the individual situation
Add-ons:
Walks (in-town only) - $5 per walk
Medication - $2 per dose
Distance of More than 30 Miles from Columbus - $5 per day
Payment Options: Cash or Check. I do not have online or card options at this time.
Additional Information
Walks:
You may request walks, but due to the variety of factors that influence the ability to go outdoors, you will only be charged for walks that are actually taken.
Overnight Stays:
I have food allergies, so I will provide all my own meals. Any bedding, towels, and dishes used during my stay will be cleaned before your arrival, unless you return early without notice.
Medication:
I have experience with administering medication to dogs and cats, so if you leave clear instructions, I will make sure your pet gets the medicine they need.
